Meet Our Leadership Team

Leo Nolan,  Chairman

Leo Nolan is the Chairman of Front Range Holdings and a founding partner at MBN Brands. He obtained his B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University before starting his career at Goldman Sachs & Co. in Investment Banking, where he advised on strategic transactions. Subsequently, he served as the Head of Global Business Development at TractManager, overseeing operations and revenue initiatives. Most recently, he was the managing partner and chief investment officer at Rizk Ventures, a family office concentrating on healthcare, technology, and real estate. Additionally, he held the position of Senior Vice President at Workspace Property Trust, another company in the Rizk portfolio.

Austin Byrd,  Chief Executive Officer

Austin Byrd serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Front Range Holdings. He earned a BA in Art History and an MBA from Columbia University. Following his education, Austin completed four years of Active Duty in the U.S. Marine Corps, including a deployment to Afghanistan in 2012. In 2015, he joined Restaurant Brands International, beginning with Burger King Global Operations. He played a significant role during the acquisition of Tim Hortons, helping to establish the brand’s shared services group, which he subsequently merged with the Burger King Global Business Services team. At Tim Hortons, he advanced to Head of Development, managing new restaurant initiatives, renovations, and construction projects. In 2020, Austin became the Popeyes East Division’s General Manager, overseeing around 1,000 restaurants before joining  MT Food Group / Front Range Holdings.
